The BK Value Meal

This night is dedicated to the fun, the crazy, the wild, the new.
Beginning as a monthly night at San Francisco's own Club Harlot, we're gearing up for big things focused all around up and coming, new, old, and current genre crushing dance music, You're Welcome is an excuse to let loose, jump around, get down, get low, and let that bass face go.

Let's not forget stickers, balloons, drink specials, pictures
and..........jello shots, about 700 of them.

* RSVP to this invite for FREE entry.

It's about to get real.

Brooklyn, NY via Austin, TX selector Dubbel Dutch is impervious to the crutches of genres, though a student of many of them. An accomplished producer of cosmic tone poems and club anthems from the abyss, many claim his now-classic Throwback 12” on Palms Out Sounds saved their
lives–or at least taught them a lesson in modern retrofitting. A
chemistry of pre-hispanic shaman cries, YouTube videos of American microcosms, and 90s UK rave flyers make up his aesthetic, one which is not often associated with the Lone Star State.

'Self Help Riddim' is the first single release in a series of singles that will follow leading up to Dubbel Dutch's Self Help Riddims EP in 2013. This new body of work draws inspiration from dub and dancehall reggae, ethereal grime, and pop music of the African diaspora. The title track, "Self Help Riddim," seeks the healing potential of music and aims to uplift, inspire, and motivate the listener, lovingly designed for both the dancefloor and the bedroom. The EP drops Feb
12th on Mixpak.

/// Benjamin K ///

It's a booty shakin' sort of thing. Owner and curator of
bkvaluemeal.com, SOUND family member, and the newest edition to San Francisco, BK's no stranger to the dance floor. After what feels like ages engulfed in all things dance music, he's honed impressive skills behind the decks and gathered a massive collection of music spanning all genre's, destined for the dance floor. And with it pushed the boundaries of the party atmosphere, looking to always go further in,
never satisfied, never content, and always all for the ladies.
