Hi! If you’re ready to get fit, and even more fabulous than you already are, you’re in the right place! I am a NASM certified personal trainer, also certified in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which I LOVE. I run a 12-week HIIT program for those looking to tone up their entire body, as well as gain strength, speed, and endurance.
While the workout routine is intense, it is totally doable, but you’re definitely going to have to put in some work, and you will sweat! If you’re serious about toning up your entire body, my plan will do just that. All participants, including myself, have reported feeling a great deal stronger and faster during, and especially upon completion.
Workouts are done on Mondays (legs), Wednesdays (arms and abs), and Fridays (fully body, which includes a 15-minute butt workout).
The cost is $85/session. You can both minus $10 per session if you bring a friend. Weekly dues shall be paid upon first session each week. Sessions take place at 3600 Dimond Avenue in Oakland. Please be on time and come dressed and ready. Be sure and bring your yoga mat and a small towel. Availability is as follows:
5:30 am, 7:00 , 8:30 am, 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:00 pm
