Bread and Bun specializes in making organic delicious, and healthy bread the old fashioned way.
We make our bread using an old Northern European recipe. The dough is made with a minimum amount of yeast and slow proofs for many hours which gives the bread a unique flavor, a nice soft crumb with irregular air pockets and a wonderful crust.
All our bread is baked with organic, natural ingredients.
Established in 2009
bread and bun was founded in the spring of 2009. We wanted to create a bakery that focused on 100% genuine products with no compromise to any part of the process from choice of ingredients, vendors, dough preparation, to baking. We would not allow our bread to be sold after the day it was baked, because bread was always meant to be enjoyed freshly baked. That was the idea when we started, and thats is our promise to you today:
