New eatery, Beast and the Hare kicks off Beer Week with a celebration of beer and meats at the neighborhood restaurant. Acclaimed chef Taylor Boetticher (Fatted Calf, Cafe rouge) joins his protegee, Beast and the Hare chef Ian Marks (formerly executive chef at Hog Island) for a special dinner of Choucroute and Magnolia beer pairings.
