SF Station Blows It Up

1. Jimmy Eat World @ Live 105's NSSN, San Francisco, December 7, 2007

Live 105 sold out the Bill Graham Civic once again with a solid lineup of artists like Paramore, Spoon, Angels and Airwaves, Jimmy Eat World and Modest Mouse for their annual Not So Silent Night show last Friday night. Local favorites Maldroid opened the show with slick suits and electronic infused rock beats. The building shaking performance from Paramore, who from the first note had kids crowd surfing and freaking out, was one of the highlights as well as kick ass sets from Jimmy and Spoon.

2. Andrew Bird @ The Warfield, San Francisco, December 8, 2007

Self-described multi-instrumentalist Andrew Bird graced the stage at The Warfield in front of a packed house last Saturday night. With a whimsical lightshow and a beautiful stage setting he took the crowd on a journey through sound. Performing tunes from his new album Armchair Apocrypha, Mr. Bird moved from violin to guitar and made you loose yourself in every note.

3. Debbie Harry @ The Fillmore, San Francisco, December 9, 2007

Rock legend Debbie Harry performed some selections from her new album Necessary Evil at The Fillmore with fans hanging to every word and note last Sunday night. As always with great flare and a ridiculous voice she made my feet move and my head shake.
