SF Station Blows It Up

1. Thom Yorke of Radiohead, live onstage @ The Greek Theater, Berkeley, June 23, 2006

Radiohead is one of musicís most prolific bands to date. They hit the stage at the beautiful Greek Theater with the fog moving in and the crowd oh-so-ready for them. As always the show had an amazing light and video show, and a sound that made people simply freeze; the boys of Radiohead are back. The show consisted of mostly new songs and some classic, and Thom Yorke was an unstoppable presence on stage as the conductor, vocalist, guitar player and piano player.

2. Evermore, live onstage @ Popscene, 330 Ritch, San Francisco, June 22, 2006

New Zealand once more gives birth to some great rock and roll called Evermore. The band of three performed to an eager crowd at Popscene this past week and really showed them what they were about. With simple guitar rhythms and strokes of the keyboard, they made girls dance and stare as they performed music from their album Real Life out now.

3. Tom of Clear Static, live onstage @ Pride Celebration, Civic Center Plaza, San Francisco, June 25, 2006

Rolling up in a limo to the backstage of the Pride Celebration at the Civic Center was definitely fun and the same goes for the boys of Clear Static. They have a sound that reminds one of Devo and Duran Duran and a look reminiscent of glam kids. These boys from L.A. are out to kick some ass. With a crowd as far as the eye could see in front of them and fans screaming, they didnít disappoint. Their performance of their current single ďMake Up SexĒ stirred the crowd into frenzy of sweat and screams.
