SF Station Blows It Up

1. Stuart of Belle and Sebastian, live onstage @ The Concourse, San Francisco, March 21, 2006

Belle and Sebastian rocked the Concourse at San Francisco Design Center and it was a show to see. In front of a sold out crowd dancing and screaming to every song they proved why they are the kings of stage. With vocals lead by Stuart and guitar rhythms by Stevie, they performed songs from their brand new album The Life Pursuit as well as past hits. Stuart's vocals have this uncanny ability to entrance the crowd and make them simply follow him to the end of the world like the "Pied Piper".

2. Eddie Argos of Art Brut, live onstage @ The Independent, San Francisco March 21, 2006

Simply put "WOW" Art Brut is GREAT. As I stood in front of the stage waiting for them to hit the stage I could feel the energy building. As a man that looked like a mixture between Marcel Duchamp & Charlie Chaplin hit the stage I knew this was going be very interesting -- it was Eddie Argos the lead singer. With Eddie as the ring master and the rest of Art Brut as the lions in the ring, these guys entranced and amazed.

3. Feist, live onstage Noise Pop @ Bimbo's, San Francisco, March 28, 2006

The second night of Noise Pop 2006 @ Bimbo's was Feist. The place was tingling with anticipation as she hit the stage. With her voice as a instrument and a full band backing her on stage she made us dance. There were some technical difficulties with the sound but Feist delt with them beautifully by singing unplugged and getting the crowd involved by making everybody singing along . She even got people to get their lighters out for the sing-along. Once the sound was fixed the crowd exploded and the show went on.
