SF Station Blows It Up

1. Sharin Foo of the Raveonettes, live on stage HP Pavilion, San Jose, November 18, 2005

This Danish duo can rock a crowd with their simple garage-rock. With amazing guitars, simple drum rhythms and vocals that bring you to their world. I am going to just guess when they were asked to open for Depeche Mode on their current tour the answer was "hell yes!" and I have to say they were a damn good choice. So get out and check out their sound.

2. Punk Rock Orchestra, live on stage Mezzanine, San Francisco, November 19, 2005

If you haven't seen them live, you haven't seen anything at all. To see a full orchestra of punk rockers fill a stage is definitely a one of a kind experiance.

3. The Lovemakers, live on stage at the Fillmore, San Francisco, November 22, 2005

Well, now I know why they call themselves the Lovemakers, with sensual vocals and some nakedness on stage these guys kick some ass.. Seeing them make out live onstage and then go into a new song is pretty cool. I will say that they can defiantly play guitar and have one dope light show. So if you get a chance, check them out.
