SF Station Blows It Up

1. The Starting Line, backstage @ Nintendo Fusion Tour, The Warfield, November 3, 2005

Nintendo's Fusion Tour for the second year in a row graced the legendary Warfield. I have to say I felt a little old walking in and seeing all the crazed teenage fans scurrying around, but man was it worth it. As The Starting Line took the stage and the lights dimmed, the kids went crazy and their sound took over. With fast drum rhythms, simple guitar these guys can make you stand on your head.

2. Fall Out Boy, live onstage @ Nintendo Fusion Tour, The Warfield, November 3, 2005

If you haven't heard of these guy's you've been under a rock for the past year. They've been all over MTV and the radio and when you see them live you know why. Fall Out Boy is what a teenager's life is all about.

3. The Magic Numbers, live onstage @ Popscene, 330 Ritch, November 3, 2005

I have to say I've never heard of this band till a few days ago and after last night I am a loyal fan. With a sound that mixes the Pixies with the Beatles and possibly Blond Redhead they are simply amazing. They are something that's very one of a kind with vocals that make people dance, sing along and think at the same time.
