Photos: The Weeknd, Schoolboy Q and Jhene Aiko at Civic Auditorium

Perhaps the king of R&B for the moment, The Weeknd closed his King of the Fall tour in San Francisco with two sold out shows at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium also featuring Schoolboy Q and Jhene Aiko.

The night started with Aiko offering tracks from her new debute LP Souled Out before Schoolboy Q followed with the only uptempo set and the most enthusiastic crowd response of the night.

The Weeknd followed, strutting the stage in what looked like a tactical law enforcement vest, and setting the tone for the rest of the evening with syrupy slow jams.

  1. I would’ve loved to seen TInashe come out and perform too! She could’ve performed “2 On” with Schoolboy Q off her new album “Aquarius”!

    1. She made a special guest appearance to perform ‘2 On’ with ScHoolboy Q at the Hollywood Bowl showing.
