Beer List Finalized For Outside Lands “Beer Land”
Dave McLean with Magnolia Gastropub & Brewery took on the challenging task this year of curating the beer list for the Outside Lands Music Festival’s “Beer Land.” And with some final tweaking, he has come up with a list that offers plenty of unique pours for festival-goers. The list is presented by brewery below:
21st Amendment: Bitter American, Hell or High Watermelon.
Ale Industries: Golden State of Mind, Cherry Kush, Uncle Jesse, Rye’d Piper.
Almanac: Honey Saison, Biere de Chocolat, Extra Pale.
Anchor: Anchor Steam, Fort Ross Farmhouse Ale, Big Leaf Maple, California Lager.
Bear Republic: Racer 5, Cher Ami, Double Ought, Grand Am.
Drakes: 1500 Pale, Aroma Coma, Blonde, Denogginizer.
Linden Street: Black Lager, Hop Candi.
Lost Coast: Great White, Indica IPA, Tangerine Wheat.
Mad River: Steelhead Pale, Hefeweizen, Jamaica Red, Flor de Jamaica.
Magnolia: Kalifornia Kolsch, Proving Ground IPA.
North Coast: Pranqster, Brother Thelonius, Scrimshaw, Red Seal.
Pacific Brewing Labs: Nautilus, Squid Ink.
Sierra Nevada: OSL Saison, Southern Hemisphere Harvest.
Social Kitchen & Brewery: Pilsner, Rapscallion.
Speakeasy: Big Daddy IPA, Prohibition.
Bulmers: Cider.
McLean does note that most of the breweries will be rotating through these selections, so they might not all be on tap at one time. Those who were in attendance last year will remember that by late Sunday, the pickings were slim as to what was available. Outside Lands takes place August 9-11 in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
