Lamb Dinner Coming to Brasserie S&P

Brasserie S&P in the Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco is hosting Fallon Hills Ranch of Petaluma for a special lamb dinner this week.

Executive Chef Adam Mali is partnering with Fallon Hills Rancher Kevin Maloney for a four-course lamb-centric menu on Thursday, October 11. The meal will also feature an optional wine pairing from Red Car Winery of Sonoma Coast.

The menu is below:

Salad of Slow Roasted Lamb Belly, Seared Cantaloupe, Nasturtium Leaves, Sherry Lavender Honey Vinaigrette

Yukon Gold Potato Gnocchi, Braised Lamb Shoulder, Mint Gremolata

Roasted Leg of Lamb, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes, Micro Basil, Little Organic Farms Marble Potatoes, DaVero 15-year-old Balsamic

TCHO Chocolate “Terrine,” Syrah reduction, Blackberry Confit.

The dinner, which begins at 7:00 p.m., is $65 per person and an additional $35 for wine pairing. Reservations are highly recommended (email [email protected] or call (415) 986-2020). Brasserie S&P is located at 222 Sansome Street in the Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco.
