On Friday, May 4 and Saturday, May 5, come by to taste the Chef’s special menu which includes items such as:
- Molotes de Papa: purple potato, corn masa, pulled chicken on telera
- Tostada de Ceviche: halibut, leche de tigre, pico de gallo
- Queso Fundido: Oaxaca, crescenza and fontina cheeses, housemade chorizo, housemade flatbread
- Chancho al Tamarindo: tamarino-marinated pork tenderloin
- Costilla de Res Tacos: dried chiles, braised short rib tacos
