Husband and wife team, Lori Baker and Jeff Banker offer an on-going Guest Chef Dinner Series that brings acclaimed chefs from around the country into their kitchen to cook alongside the Baker & Banker team.
For $75, diners will be treated to the following five courses:
Canapé
Kampachi sashimi, green tea gelée, young ginger
First course
Nantucket bay scallops, sunchokes, Nantes carrots, curry essence
Second course
Black cod, mirin scented rice, watermelon radish, miso consommé
Third course
Masami Ranch beef, chanterelle mushrooms, mustard greens, sancho pepper reduction
Fourth course
Apple sorbet, pomegranates
Fifth course
Coconut panna cotta, persimmon granita, Keifer lime
