Starting at 4 and going till midnight, they’ll have flamenco and modern dance performances, a dance-a-thon benefit fundraiser, live samba and bluegrass bands, special performances by Cirque du Soleil (maybe a teaser of the new Totem show opening this month?), and of course, plenty of interactive and video art to check out.
From 4-7, seventeen local galleries will participate in the Gallery Walk, a free neighborhood art walk showcasing works from a variety of emerging and established artists exploring different mediums. The Gallery Walk kick-off (champagne) reception is from 2-4 at One Hawthorne. Participating galleries include Frey Norris, 111 Minna, Rayko Photo Center and more.
