As anyone who drives can attest to, gas isn’t cheap. Especially in San Francisco (of course, it should be noted that in most European countries, gas is upwards of $8/gallon). But with the recent political upheavals in North Africa and the Middle East, gasoline prices have spiked.
At some fueling stations, gas is going for $4.40 a gallon, and San Francisco now sports the highest gas prices in the entire country according to a recent USA Today poll! NOTE: do not read the comments on the poll, it will make your brain melt.
