Dining Hours
The Ristorante is open everyday. Dining hours from Tuesday through Sunday begin at 12:00pm with last seating at 9:45pm. Monday dining begins at 3:00pm with last seating at 9:45pm. The Rooftop is open for private dining only.

Park at Hotel Donatello. We have a relationship with the garage, which provides two-hour validated parking. If the garage at Hotel Donatello is full, then know that there are parking garages located in within one block in every direction of the Ristorante.
Dress
Contemporary, sophisticated. It's up to you to interpret what this means. Everything goes in San Francisco. It's all about what makes you feel comfortable. When you get dressed, do share your Swagger, also known in Italian as Sprezzatura.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Holidays):
Zingari Ristorante requires a credit card number to hold all reservations. We are a smaller Ristorante and we appreciate you understanding our home's policy. We ask that all cancellations be made at least two days before the reservation time. No-shows or cancellations within two days will result in a per person charge of $25, which will be 100% redeemable as credit for future dining within 90 days with similar party size. Credit must be used during one visit and credit will be adjusted if the party size is less than the original booking size. Holiday Dining Cancellation Policy
On Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and Father's Day: Zingari Ristorante requires a credit card number to hold all reservations of all party sizes. All reservations are non-cancelable. No-shows or cancellations at any time will result in a per person, a non-refundable charge of $50 for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and Father's Day. No-shows or cancellations will result in a per person, a non-refundable charge of $75 for New Year's Eve. To cancel an existing reservation, please email the Business Office at [email protected].
JPM Conference Cancellation Policy
During JP Morgan Conference, no-shows or cancellations within two days will result in a per person, a non-refundable charge of $50. To cancel an existing reservation, please email the Business Office at [email protected].
Handicap Accessibility
Yes, of course. Please use the elevator in the lobby of our neighbor, Hotel Donatello, located on Mason Street.
