The Yerba Buena Alliance celebrates its 24th anniversary gala Thursday, October 15th, 2015 at the Metreon Cityview. The Alliance gala awards an exemplary organization and individual as a way to recognize the great work being done in the Yerba Buena neighborhood.
The Mexican Museum of San Francisco wins the 2015 Organizational Champion Award to acknowledge relocating the museum to its permanent home at 706 Mission.
The 2015 Unsung Hero Award is Linda Harrison, CEO of the Museum of the African Diaspora, acknowledged for her skillful leadership of the museum.
