Two Yuris, two artistic journeys spanning different cultures. While Frolov and Shiller share common roots - both were born and raised in the former USSR - they bring their strikingly individual approaches to this two-person show. Yury (Frolov) explores archetypal symbolism through semi-abstract signs assembled in enigmatic mandala-like compositions. Yuri (Shiller) derives excitement from free-flowing colors and textures sensual enough to lend themselves to fashion objects - dresses, shirts, T-shirts.
