Living in the Bay Area we enjoy easy access to some of the world’s best vineyards and of course fabulous produce and artisan foods. With such fabulous ingredients available we invite you to come cook in the Parties That Cook North Beach kitchen for this hands-on cooking class where you’ll prepare a fall harvest feast. A Blood Orange and Sparkling Wine Cocktail will welcome you as we review the recipes you’ll prepare together, starting with Fried Castelvetrano Olives Stuffed with Herbs and Sausage and a Red Grape and Pear Pizza with Marsala Wine and Pine Nuts. You’ll stir Risotto with Tuscan Kale and Goat Cheese to creamy and al dente perfection. Then you’ll prepare a fabulous chutney to pair with delicious pork tenderloin. You’ll want to make the Apple Upside-Down Cornmeal Cakes for every fall dinner party after this class. This is a BYOB event - everyone is encouraged to bring a bottle of wine to share with the group. Come cook with us!
