Will Weston’s band is a consortium of six or so musicians based in the Bay Area concerned primarily with hoot owls and producing upbeat/funky/catchy rock music. Since late 2013, Weston & Co. have been enjoying a string of live dates around the city’s top venues and are on the verge of releasing their second full-length album, “Heart of the Order,” in January 2015. With an energetic live presence, an emphasis on playing, and a frustratingly loyal support base of the city’s most attractive humans, Weston is the cream rising to the top of San Francisco’s still-beating rock and roll heart, ascending the hills one hopelessly contagious riff at a time.
