Club Lonely (Vin Sol, DJ Primo, Jeremy Castillo)
For the past year and a half or so, Club Lonely has been out there as a neon beacon of hope for all you heartbrokens out there. Come inside and you may just find love, or something like it just for the night, at least. On a slightly more serious note, the Club OMG party has stood as an oasis among a city deserted more and more, day by day, of the weirdness and queerness for which San Francisco was known. With strictly only good vibes permitted, their diverse fanbase shakes what they got regularly at these parties as Jeremy, Primo, and Vin Sol keep the freakiest of the old-school Detroit cuts playing, be it 90's freestyle or straight up ghetto house. More recently, the local party has debuted on the international stage with the new Club Lonely Records imprint, a homegrown record label pushing their distincitve vibe with original material crafted by the Club Lonely crew themselves. WERD welcomes Club Lonely and all you party people to bring the hyph to Monarch this Sunday and house with us all night long.
