Help send the GWHS Choir to Washington, DC, in late April to sing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in a summer-long festival for the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s 'I Have a Dream' speech. Aside from their performance, they'll tour all important DC sights.
The choir has raised $13,000 but needs $16,000 more, ergo this Benefit Concert in our auditorium. You'll hear our choir and see interactive displays about MLK’s speech and other Civil Rights landmark events. Admission $20 cash only at door; offerings above $20 may be tax deductible. RSVP and invite your friends to support our trip! Enter at the 30th & Anza gate.
