Valentine’s Day dinner is the debut menu of Chef Noriyuki Sugie, who had traveled and worked all over the world at several Michellin Star restaurants. With French cooking background, Chef Noriyuki combines French cooking technique with Japanese influence using California produce to create wonderful 8-course Kaiseki especially for you and your love.
