This year The Cheese School and Parties That Cook have teamed up to offer you a Valentine’s Day that is lively and delicious. At this interactive cooking class, guests will be greeted with luxurious cheeses paired with a delicious selection of wine. Learn to make fresh cheese and join us in the kitchen for an introductory cooking lesson. Guests then break into teams and work on recipes featuring cheese as the key ingredient. And finally you’ll cozy up with your honey to enjoy the night’s feast.
