Skip the crowded restaurants and overpriced prix-fix menus and join Parties That Cook with your Valentine du jour for a fun and festive evening at our romantic venue in the heart of North Beach!
No Valentine’s Day is complete without a little bubbly, so we’ll kick-off the evening with some bottle-popping and antipasto. As you and the rest of the kitchen cupids loosen up, one of our talented Chefs will launch the cooking portion of the evening with lively demonstration packed with tips that will be keys to creating successful dishes.
Soft and sexy music will be piped in as you break into teams and work together to prepare two recipes from the evening’s Chef's Table menu. After each recipe is completed, we’ll dim the lights and you’ll adjourn to the table where our staff will serve the delicious food you prepared in an upscale, plated dining experience. Please bring a bottle of wine to share with the group (no corkage fee!).

Grilled Italian Flat Breads with Sautéed Broccolini, Toasted Garlic, and Chili Flake
Seared Skirt Steak with Pancetta, Wild Mushrooms, and Shallots

Maple Roasted Kabocha Squash Salad with Green Beans and Hazelnuts
Julia’s Chocolate Soufflé with Sweetened Whipped Cream
