Sharon and Joe Carollo opened the doors to Upper Crust Pizza & Pasta in April 1979 on Mission St in Santa Cruz, CA. For the 30 years that followed, Upper Crust Pizza & Pasta has been specializing in authentic Sicilian square pizza and homemade pasta dishes.

Our menu features the Upper Crust staples of pizza and pasta, but we also have sandwhiches, ribs, famous Italian Muffaletta, wine, and beverages on tap for your enjoyment.
