United Film Festival is pleased to be returning for our fourth year at the Roxie Theater with an exciting lineup of features, documentaries, and shorts films. The United Film Festival includes star studded films such as Free Samples, starring Jesse Eisenberg, Jason Ritter, and Jess Weixler, and Open Road, with Andy Garcia, Camille Belle, and Juliette Lewis. We also highlight innovative local filmmakers with films such as the independent comedy Salad Days.
After packed screenings at Toronto’s HotDocs, Newport Beach, and Comic-‐con, we’re pleased to present the San Francisco premiere of GLOW: The Story of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling. More great San Francisco premieres include Fight Life, We’re Getting On, and more.
The festival kicks off August 31st and runs through September 6th at the Roxie Theater in the Mission District. Weekday screenings begin at 7pm and weekend screenings begin at 2pm. All Access Passes are available. Individual tickets are $10.
United Film Festival screens cutting edge independent films with the audience in mind. Our goal is to unite filmmakers and communities and to present a diverse lineup of features, documentaries, and shorts.
