The focus of the retreat is to unburden ourselves from mental habits that cause unnecessary suffering and to realize our natural state: the inner dimension of peace, joy, and love. Anam Thubten invites everyone to experience this spiritual transformation through meditation practice and the timeless teachings of the Buddha.
This event is free and open to the public. Donations accepted.
