More info:

Your Host : Mean Dave

Forged in a fire of bad sex, bad parenting, bad culture, bad food, bad bands, bad people, bad places and bad things, Mean Dave is a comedian who thought he was a musician the same way Happy Gilmore was a golfer who thought he was a hockey player. MD has performed in clubs, colleges, restaurants, movie theaters, dive bars, bowling alleys, laundromats, swimming pool sides, street corners, public parks, etc. all over the state and soon, the country, and the world.

Chris and Marcus' Super Mega Action Movie : Chris DeJong & Marcus Sams

From a single suggestion, the audience chooses how the world will be destroyed. From then on the audience is sent on a roller coaster ride built upon the same cinematic structure that you would find in any of your favorite action movies. The show leaves the audience wanting a sequel and the performers wanting a dry shirt. Chris has studied improv/acting in Chicago with Del Close at Improv Olympic, The Annoyance Theater, and The Artistic Home. Chris has been performing improv in SF since the early 2000's. Marcus has been doing improv for over 15 years and has performed almost 30 times at national improv festivals all across the country. Together they both teach and coach on their own and with Leela.

Jackson Soup : Pamela Hawley and Dave Collins

Jackson Soup hails is a two-person duo with more than 23 years experience. Jackson Soup is real. Pamela loves Michael Jackson, and Dave loves soup. It's that simple, and so are their hilarious scenes. Real life. Relatable, with a thrown in Uzi-wielding elderly couple trying to kill a pregnant rat Baby Mama in their attic.

Off One Letter : Erin Daruszka and Erik Rogers

Erin and Erik formed an immediate connection after meeting at an improv drop-in class at Leela in San Francisco, and that led them to create a long-form improv duo called Off One Letter. Drawing inspiration from an audience member’s recent text message, Erin and Erik explore a variety of characters and relationships through a series of playful and grounded scenes. Sometimes funny. Sometimes dramatic. Always real.

Off One Letter spent their first year in the Improv with Marcus Two Play class polishing their craft as a duo and quickly launched themselves into the national festival circuit.
