Join creators Robert Smigel, Dino Stamatopoulos, host Doug Dale, the Anipals and everyone’s favorite canine comedian Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog, as they take to Eureka stage for one show only. It’s time to finally find out what the Anipals have been up to since their Comedy Central television show, TV Funhouse, left the airwaves in 2001. The show, a hilarious and very adult take on a kids show, combined puppets (the Anipals), an amiable host (Doug Dale), and animated shorts (similar to those Smigel did for years on Saturday Night Live). After much fan clamoring, Comedy Central released the entire series on DVD earlier this year. SF Sketchfest is proud to present this unique and rare live show at the festival.
