This Vietnamese joint has become a part of SF folklore. After all, where else can you dine on spring rolls and crispy noodles with shrimp and cough up less than ten dollars (including tip). Located on seedy 6th St., Tu Lan is a true local dive.

If you haven't been down to this neck of the woods, you're missing out some of the city's best Vietnamese food. Try the the lemon beef, chicken salad, or any of the noodle soups. Some of the food it spicy so be prepared - beer or coke is usually the drink of choice.
