Description
FREE COVER tonight to say THANKS for 4 Great Years!

Triple Power’s anniversary parties have always been their biggest nights – they pull out all the stops and toss 'em in the weeds.

But for *this* party, not only is Triple Power celebrating their anniversary, but they’re also saying goodbye, for now. After four years, they’re going on hiatus to recharge for their next incarnation.

In appreciation for the dance community's support over the years, there’s NO COVER. They’ll also have food, t-shirts and CD mixes to give away, a host of performers, light sculpture art installations, and IMHO, the best funk’n DJ line up that whole weekend...

... Including an all tag team, take no prisoners DJ rush featuring:

* MANEESH the TWISTER :: surya dub + RHYTHMYSTIC :: rhythm society

* RRRUS :: space cowboys + SHANTI :: triple power

* SMOOVE :: the end up + DONNA MATRIX :: newsbreakz

Performances throughout the night by:

* REDVELVET :: beautiful bellydance
* JAMIE "Sparkaluscious" LUV & Vikki FIRESPICE :: sooper hoopers
* VIOLET LOTUS :: stunning spinning

Resident artists:

* Doumbec drummbastic by SOOZHYQ
* Light sculpture art installation and braincandy visuals by SYNESTHESIA
* Massage by KEER

** Maneesh the Twister **
SF Bay Guardian voted Maneesh the Twister the Best Club DJ of San Francisco in 2007. He's founder of Surya Dub, the next level in Global Dubwize Vibes and Dread Bass Culture. He was also co-founder of the Dhamaal Artist Collective, which had been championing hybrids of South Asian audio and visual art for over 7 years. He currently has productions under way with State of Bengal, Kush Arora, Dhruva, & Juakali.

** Smoove **
Smoove’s ability to connect with any audience gained him membership in Nitevibe’s Top Ten DJ Dreamteam three years running. Since his emergence in 2001, Smoove has developed an ever increasing international audience performing worldwide before sold out events. He launched Cheeky Recordings with fellow SF Breakz DJ’s Melyss and Jayo in 2006 and has been tapped as a resident DJ for the monthly Late Show party at The End Up.

** rrrus **
Do you like bacon? Sure, we all do. Which means you’ll love rrrus’ house music, because it is just like bacon. Juicy, chunky, and delicious.

** Donna Matrix **
Donna Matrix began her venture into music while touring with the Dead. When Jerry died, she wandered around in a haze until she channeled her guiding light beings from the Pleiades who instructed her to go to a psytrance rave. Now a staple in San Francisco's vibrant breaks scene, she frequently terrorizes trippies on the dancefloor with non-organic, dirty basslines.
