TRIBU’s habanero-hot jazz arises from Latin jazz traditions of Cal Tjader, Mongo Santamaria and Machito. Blending Afro-Caribbean and American jazz flavors, the band’s music brings the feel of Latin jazz into the 21st Century. Guests can enjoy spectacular Peruvian cuisine with a side order of Tribu’s spicy music.
TRIBU band members feature Steve McQuarry, piano, Ruben Salcido, alto sax & flute, Dave Casini, vibes, Marcus Lopez, bass, Ramon Garcia, congas • percussion • vocals • flute and Fred Johnson on drums.
