Transgender Law 101 is a comprehensive workshop specially designed for members of the transgender community in California. The workshop will provide TEEI participants with an overview of laws and regulations that affect your ability to express your gender identity.

Bring your legal questions and get answers and advice.
Some specific topics covered in the workshop include:
-Changing legal documents
-Gender identity discrimination in housing, employment, public accomodation, and education
-Marriage and child custody
-Immigration and asylum
-Healthcare - related legal issues.
