I focus on building core strength through balance and proper technique to improve functional stability and overall physical performance. From there, I guide each client through a progressive program to burn fat, improve strength and build muscle.
My fitness interest started in my hometown of Flint, Mich., mushrooming from baseball, soccer and track to competitive inline skating and gymnastics before I enlisted in the Army.
In the service, I learned the importance of conditioning exercise and have adopted a “build up” without the “tear down” approach to designing fitness programs for a variety of clients.
As a two-time California State Champion and International Bronze Medalist in Tae Kwon Do, I understand the essentials of speed, agility, focus and, more than anything, dedication.
