SF, get outside for Fight Club SF, boxing bootcamp. In each session pro-boxer Jake R. will hand the gloves over to you as you learn boxing basics and dash through agility drills.
Class will start with a dynamic stretch to ensure you work out safely. Then we will jump right into boxing basics followed by a mix of basic punch drills and plyo circuits.
You will focus on elements of self defense, body control, and conditioning in this fun yet intense workout.
