San Jose’s first brewpub, the pride of San Pedro Square is big enough to handle a crowd and attracts a friendly mob before every Sharks game. A nice bonus: the Tied House offers a large and surprisingly good appetizer menu (including the popular “Buffalo Tenderloins,” a variation on the wings). Of course there’s also the award-winning hand-crafted beers.
