It's our great honor and privilege to be able to invite Venerable Master: Lama Fo Fu to teach us the invaluable workshops. All of the previous participants have greatly benefited from her teaching. She will teach a fasting workshop, which is different from other forms of fasting.

Tuo Luo Ni (level 1) is a gentle form of Tibetan Qigong. It is part of Tibetan Tantra Jin-Gang Gong (formerly called Diamond / Vajra Cosmic Energy Exercise). This form of Qigong was kept as a secret for centuries. Your physical and spiritual well being will be improved as you practice it properly and regularly. It purifies your body, and helps clear the three meridians and seven chakras quickly.

Brief Introduction of Fasting
Fasting can help clear the waste and toxins from the body, including those that have built up through nervousness or anger. It’s difficult to remove the presence of these toxins in vascular blood. We remove these wastes through fasting. The more thorough the fasting is, the more toxins from the body will be discharged.

It can treat arteriosclerosis, hypertension, heart disease, fatty liver, weight loss, bronchitis, asthma, physical weakness, cold and chronic diseases, allergies, malnutrition, hemorrhoids, nocturia, stomach cancer, ptosis of the stomach, hyperacidity, gastrointestinal ulcers, gallstones, constipation, diarrhea, sinusitis, stroke, diabetes, obesity, weight loss, hormonal imbalance, fat reduction, skin diseases, infertility, sexual dysfunction, diabetes, Alzheimer's and other diseases.

The fasting process will help remove the bad cells from our body by eliminating their growth in the short term, so that they can’t survive and eventually will die naturally. Diseased cells and toxins are discharged from the stool, which will help the production of new cells. You’ll feel reborn and much healthier. Most people only absorb 35% of the nutrients from their food intake. After performing the fasting process, they can absorb up to 85%. After fasting several times a year, the body can function as a person five to ten years younger, both physically and mentally.

After registering, you need to fill out a fasting practice registration form, including detailed record regarding the previous fasting history and physical history. Everyone will keep a log during each day of fasting.

Circular Swing – Flowing Ocean
Circular swing-flowing ocean is a gentle form of exercise resembles Qigong and meditation. It’s simple and easy to learn. But the result is amazing. It was kept unexposed to the public for centuries. It can quickly improve the organ functions of the whole body, and helps to reduce the stress caused by the busy life of modern people, greatly strengthening the body’s immune system. As you practice it properly over time, it will enable you to relieve ailments, help make your wishes become true, help your career move forward more smoothly, bring out your inner wisdom, and keep yourself healthy in your body and mind.

Meditation
The meditation that Ven. Master Fo Fu teaches is the highest level of meditation, and it’s different from ordinary meditation. It allows you to reach your goal much faster. It helps you to quickly enter into an empty state, relax every cell of your body, and adjust and tune up the energy channels in our body. It’s the most effective way to help you to keep healthy physically and mentally (in the body and mind).

Tuo Luo Ni (level 1)
Tuo Luo Ni (level 1), the five movements, are the five moving forms and the composing actions of Tuo Luo Ni (Dharani). Once you practice the five movements well, you can quickly grasp the Dharani (Tuo Luo Ni) essentials (the second level). As we age, the bodily functions, meridians, energy and blood gradually deteriorate or become blocked. Through practicing the five movements, it uses the spine as an axis, massaging the entire body and internal organs. It helps promote spinal cord hematopoietic function in the spinal cord cavity, and clear the various acupuncture points on both sides of spine and in the body. It performs 3 tasks: 1) it enables the energy and blood flows well in all meridians, so that we’ll be healthy and become younger psychologically and physiologically; 2) muscle and joints are relaxed and flexible, easy to improve the skills of meditation, improves posture and helps you sit cross-legged with more ease; and 3) it enables the spirit to relax and reach into the emptiness, develop wisdom, and improve spiritual consciousness.
