The down time between Christmas and New Year's is the perfect time to reflect on the insanity of the past twelve months. For us, that also means taking a look back at the restaurants that held our taste buds hostage, the songs that rocked our world, the films that kept us captivated, and the shops that we couldn't resist. But, of course, we must also look forward to the most pressing matter at hand: what to do on New Year's Eve. If you're still looking for the best way to ring in the New Year, think fast with our New Year's Eve Guide before more events sell out. And if you are looking for some action before the big night, warm up with X or Primus. If you still have some fight left in you on Saturday, keep the party going with Supper of Survivors. Happy New Year!

Share your all-time most memorable New Year's Eve moment with us and win two tickets for the Sea of Dreams NYE party with Thievery Corporation, Balkan Beat Box, and more. Details on our new nightlife blog, Pulse.
