Holiday Guide
A Month of Christmas!...or Chanukah or Kwanzaa or whatever holiday you like best. It's finally December and it's time to check those resolutions and make the best of 2008. To that extent, SF Station is hosting two great events this week: SF Station Happy Hour at Temple (enjoy great drink specials while hobnobbing with other super cool SF Station readers!) and SF Station Lunch 2.0 at our offices in the SoMa on Friday (help celebrate our 12th birthday! we will have beer to wash down your lunch, birthday cake for dessert, raffle prizes and, of course, the bright & smiling faces of the SF Station Crew). On Thursday French hipster and long lost Royal Tenenbaums' extra Sebastien Tellier brings sexy back to Mezzanine. The next night, take a Wonderland Walk down Lower Haight as shops and hotspots open their doors for holiday fun. And if you are looking for unique gifts and a great cultural experience, head down to the Fort Mason Center for Tibet Day. Speaking of unique gifts, for all you early shoppers, there's also the Mission Bazaar at The Armory Community Center. Don't forget to pick up a tree at the Guardsmen Christmas Tree Lot at the Festival Pavilion! And, remember, nothing says holiday love like a baked good. The peeps who organized the CupcakeCamp know this well. Bake or buy some cupcakes or just come to The Satisfactory to gorge yourself. Whatever the case, it's all about holiday cheer!
