Fog be damned! It's time go get outside, and there is no better reason to enjoy the outdoors (perhaps, with a warm blanket) than the Outside Lands music and arts festival this weekend. This year, the show has slimmed down with only two days of music, but there are plenty sights, sounds, and snacks to satisfy your soul. The Music and local Food options are not for the meek. You'll need conditioning before your plant yourself on the grass in Golden Gate Park, so warm up tonight with Seu Jorge and Almaz and carry on into Wednesday with Autolux. It's Rollerdisco time on Thursday, and take your pick on Friday between the modern disco beats of Hercules and Love Affair and old-school reggae with the legendary Jimmy Cliff. If festivals aren't your thing, be as quiet as a lamb at Lamb Takedown or bare witness to visual destruction and conflict at White Walls with Skinner: This Fear you May Know.
