This Tuesday, Novemeber 5th, our monthly Broccoli Dinner is back with the "Whole Hog" experience!
Host Scott Broccoli will be taking on the whole hog and roasting the animal whole.
We will be roasting a whole pig in a La Caja China, courtesy of Presidio Social Club and serving different cuts o the whole animal.
Butter Lettuce
Butter lettuce, red onions, shaved fennel, fuji apples, blue cheese, house made porchetta di testa, chicharrones and red wine vinaigrette.

slices of the loin, pulled shoulder and portions of the shank will be featured, along with sides of our brown butter brussel sprouts and home fries with goat cheese fondue
Sweet Potatoe Cheescake "Cake"
Sweet potato and cinnamon spiced cake with a vanilla cheesecake to, served with rum raisins, whipped cream and candied pecans.
