Join the Museum of Monterey as they welcome the Shifty Sailors for a very special night of maritime tradition. The Shifty Sailors are an all-male singing group from Whidbey Island, Washington, and are known for singing tunes that hearken back to the days of lantern-lit lighthouses, wrecks and storms, and fishing and drinking on the high seas and tall ships of yore. Formed in 1993, they have been performing for twenty years, and have traveled extensively in Europe and the United States, sharing their repertoire of songs to ensure maritime communities understand their nautical heritage.
