For more than 30 years, the San Francisco Fall Antiques Show (SFFAS) has been the major fundraising event benefiting Enterprise for High School Students (EHSS), a non-profit career development agency serving San Francisco youth.
The 2013 San Francisco Fall Antiques Show will be the cat’s meow, with a jazz age theme focusing on the art deco design movement of the 1920's and 30's and the overwhelming influence it had in its era and throughout much of the 20th century.
From jewelry to furniture, decorative arts, vintage posters and prints of the era, the impact of this “modern movement” will be on view at the show. The curated Loan Exhibition will look at art deco influences in the decorative arts and design, from the early 20th century to the present. Acclaimed jazz singer, Kitty Margolis will star as Honorary Chair of the Preview Gala.
