The Plastic Arts

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Berkeley songwriter Kyle M. Terrizzi performs under the moniker The Plastic Arts along with SF's Field Medic (Kevin Sullivan from Rin Tin Tiger) and San Jose's Insha'Allah (Picture Atlantic's Nik Bartunek). The Plastic Arts' debut album, Academy Clonez (2011), is a collection of acoustic pop songs that express Terrizzi's heavy-hearted feelings about love, along with other very personal details from his life. Since its release, he's released several singles and EPs, all of which contain the same intimate view inside his soul. One of the new songs is a gorgeous re-recording of his song "I Hear the Truth" with award-winning songwriter Jeff Campbell. Red Rock will be the first stop on his northwestern coast tour, which will be a much more intimate gathering of acoustic showcases for the night. (Amulya Datla)
