ART - COMMUNITY - CONVERSATION - LEGACY - PEACE
San Francisco artist and activist entrepreneur, Sami Sunchild, Founder of the Peaceful World Foundation had a life’s mission to foster a culture of global peace through the promotion of hosted conversation, the arts, and mindful education. A presentation of the life and times of Sami Sunchild will be on display at the China Brotsky and SEEDS Galleria at the Tides Thoreau Center located in the Presidio.
The evening will with open with an acoustic guitar set from members of the local non-profit Holistic Underground as well as complimentary appetizers and drinks. Sami’s peace memorabilia will be given out to attendees for free. Sami Sunchild’s meditative art will be on display for the world to interact with, calling on members of our San Francisco community to ask themselves one question: “What am I doing in the world for peace?”

Peaceful World Foundation: The Peaceful World Foundation was founded by the late Sami Sunchild and established in 2006. Sami’s mission was to foster a culture of global peace through the promotion of hosted conversations, the arts, and mindful education. Today the Peaceful World Foundation strives to carry on her vision of mindful conversations while financially supporting organizations in their peace building efforts.
