This is the largest Latino Film ever produced in film history and is a candidate for an Oscar nomination. The film is this year's submission from Venezuela for Best Foreign Language film. It is about Simon Bolivar, the Liberator of five countries in South America. Your sponsorship will go towards three Bay Area organizations:
1) Latinos in Finance (www.latinosinfinance.org ) which is looking to raise funds for its finance bootcamp programs for college students interested in a career in finance. LIF seeks to increase the number of Latinos working in the finance industry by leveraging its networks and resources.
2) Escuela Bilingüe Internacional (www.ebinternacional.org), is seeking to raise funds for its Diversity Fund to help maintain the socio-economic diversity of the school. EBI is the only private Spanish immersion IB school in the San Francisco Bay Area.
3) Latino Community Foundation (www.latinocf.org ), The Latino Community Foundation is a strong supporter of the Latino community in general providing financial assistance, encouraging philanthropy and funding a wide range of Latino causes ranging from education to entrepreneurship.
