The Hyatt Regency Santa Clara is Hosting a Thanksgiving Feast for Those that Want to Get Out of the Kitchen

Conveniently located for all South Bay residents, the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara’s TusCA Restaurant is hosting a four-course Thanksgiving feast on Thursday, November 27, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The cost is $48 per person, $38 for seniors, $24 for kids 12 and under and free for those five and under. The menu is as follows:

1st Course

~ Maple Butternut Squash Bisque with Toasted Almonds (Vegetarian Option) ~

~ Waldorf, with Micro Arugula and Fuji Apple Cider Vinaigrette ~

~ Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner ~

Roasted Turkey Breast, Brown Sugar Glaze Ham, with garlic herb mashed potatoes, autumn baby vegetables, rosemary-granny smith apple stuffing, natural pan gravy and cranberry-orange marmalade

~ Candied Pecan Encrusted Pacific Halibut ~

Sweet potato mashers, sautéed autumn baby vegetables, crispy parsnip and pomegranate beurre blanc

~ 12 oz. Sea Salt Crusted Rib Eye Steak ~

Garlic herb mashed potatoes, baby autumn vegetables, creamy horseradish, natural jus

~ Caramelized Walnut and Gorgonzola Ravioli (vegetarian option) ~

Roasted winter root vegetables, sautéed baby spinach, brown butter beurre blanc
