Description

The Human Race is the annual premier community fundraising event providing all non-profit organizations the opportunity to raise money for their programs and services. The event is produced by the Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley and makes the fundraising fun and easy. Leave the logistics to us! This is the Annual Human Race for the Silicon Valley, serving Santa Clara County, San Mateo and southern Alameda County.

Human Race events are held throughout California, started 29 years ago and sponsored by the local Volunteer Center and traditionally held on the Saturday before Motherís Day.

Activities include a USA Track and Field (USATF) certified 10K and a 5K Run and 5K Pledge Walk. The course is flat and wheelchair accessible. Roller blades, scooters, bikes and strollers are welcome on the walk course. Pledge walkers with leashed dogs have a separate course.
